The swearing in ceremony of Senator Hope Uzodinma as the new governor of Imo State has reunited the National Chairman of the ruling APC, Adams Oshiomhole with a former Imo State Governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha as they joined other dignitaries to witness the epoch making event.

The inauguration follows an earlier sack of former Governor, Emeka Ihedioha by the Supreme Court and the subsequent issuance of certificate of return to Senator Uzodinma by INEC.

The oath of office was administered by Paschal Nnadi, chief judge of the state at the Heroes Square Arena, in Owerri, the state capital.

It started with Placid Njoku, Uzodinma’s deputy before Uzodinma’s in the presence of enthusiastic party men and supporters.
