Ihedioha Reportedly Heads Back To Supreme Court To Reclaim Seat

Sacked governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has reportedly perfected moves to return to the Supreme Court.

This time, Bittertruth Media gathered that Mr.Ihedioha will be seeking a review of the controversial that pushed him out of the Imo State Government House.

This is coming after a viral condemnation of his sack by his partymen and supporters through a nation-wide protest.

The Supreme Court had replaced him with Senator Hope Uzodinma of the APC

His recent move to the apex court is based on the following reasons:

1. Uzodinma was not APC candidate & was not a candidate of any party in the 9th March Governorship election in Imo State based on the judgement of the same Supreme Court on 20th December 2019.

2. Uche Nwosu was declared as the rightful candidate of APC & AA and was disqualified for double candidature.

3. APC couldn’t have produced 2 candidates in one election.

4. Supreme Court have no powers to allocate votes to any candidate.
