The Supreme Court Shaved My Hair In My Absence – Sen.Degi


Senator Biobarakuma Degi-eremienyo, the former Deputy Governor-Elect of Bayelsa State who was accused of forgery and subsequently sacked by the Supreme Court alongside his Governor-Elect has alleged that the apex court in its judgment which annulled the APC Governorship Victory in the Bayelsa State Guber Election amounted to shaving his hair in his absence.

Senator Degi stated this in his official reaction to the verdict of the Supreme Court.

He insisted that He never forged his certificates as he was the rightful owner of all his academic credentials and that the names thereon are all his except in a case where the names were misspelt which he got an affidavit in that regard.

He further accused the apex court of denying him fair hearing and defaming him through a criminal allegation levelled against him.

The lawmaker called on the Security agencies to launch an investigation into the matter to ascertain whether he forged any of his certificates or not.

Bittertruth Media recalls that the apex court in a shocking judgment few hours to their inauguration had sacked Chief David Lyon and Senator Degi in a case brought before the court by the PDP. The apex court later gave the victory of the APC to the PDP candidate and his deputy.
